1. Return Eligibility

  2. Include your Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship to the address provided in your return instructions.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

8.2 Gift Return Shipping

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the gift giver will receive the refund and will be notified about your return.

9. Sale Items

Sale items can be refunded within our standard 30-day return window, unless specifically marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.

Please note that sale items may be refunded at the discounted sale price, not at the regular retail price.

10. International Returns

For international orders:

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with international returns.
  • The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees incurred during the return shipping process.
